What topics are covered within Population Genetics?
The meeting was named "population genetics group" in the 1960s but todays topics include most areas of evolutionary genetics and genomics. Please see the programmes on the Previous Meetings page for a good idea of usual topics. Yes there is also a strong thread of theoretical population genetics talks each year.

Popgroup47 will be held at the University of Bath from 7th-10th January 2014.

What is the word limit on abstracts this year?
Please limit your abstract to a maximum of 300 words.
How much does registration for Popgroup47 cost?
The full cost of registration will be £180 for regular participants and £150 for students by November 22nd and £200 for regular participants and £170 for students between November 23rd and December 2nd, with a £10 discount for Genetics Society members..
How do I register for Popgroup47?

2) Return to this website to submit an abstract if you want to present at the conference.

What is the cancellation policy for Popgroup47?
Please note that conference services have a strict cancellation policy; cancellations notified on or before the early registration deadline (i.e. 15th of November) will be subject to a £20 cancellation fee. No refund will be issued to registered participants who cancel after this time.
