Please note that we do not raise ‘invoices’ for delegate registration fees. Instead, all delegates receive a registration summary which should be used to raise payment if required. For questions related to payment, please contact the Registration team. You should receive an email confirmation. No email confirmation will be sent unless payment has been received. If you didn’t receive an email confirmation or have any queries please use the contact form in the Contact us page.

Deadlines
Early bird registration starts on Monday 21st of October and closes on the 22nd of November
Registration will close on the 2nd of December
Please note that conference services have a strict cancellation policy; cancellations notified on or before the early registration deadline (i.e. one month before the conference) will be subject to a £20 cancellation fee. No refund will be issued to registered participants who cancel after this time.
Prices
The full cost of registration will be £180 for regular participants and £150 for students by November 22nd and £200 for regular participants and £170 for students between November 23rd and December 2nd, with a £10 discount for Genetics Society members. The conference dinner will be held in the ball room at the assembly rooms on Thursday 9th of January at 20:00 and has a cost of £50. There are three steps to registration:
1) Please follow the link below to register for the conference and to make your payment. You should receive an email confirmation that you have paid by credit card (sometimes it takes a few minutes). If you want to attend to the conference dinner please select both the appropiate registration fee for you and a conference dinner during registration.

2) Return to this website to submit an abstract if you want to present at the conference. The deadline for the abstract submission is on the 2nd of December. Please limit your abstract to a maximum of 300 words. Please fill out the abstact submission form even if you are not submitting an abstract (just leave the abstract related questions empty).
